## About

Since June 2009, specialTEA has been Miami-Dade's first tea lounge — opened to bring premium loose leaf tea culture to a city known for coffee. What started as a small tea bar has grown into one of Miami's most beloved community cafes. The shop sources over 60 varieties of premium loose leaf tea from gardens worldwide (Chinese green tea, Taiwanese oolong, Indian spiced chai, South African rooibos, and more), and all of its coffee is USDA organic, fair trade certified, and locally roasted in Florida. specialTEA is also one of Miami's most vegan-friendly cafes, baking vegan cookies fresh daily and offering organic soy, almond, and oat milk on every drink. It doubles as a community hub with a board game library, free WiFi, an outdoor patio, and late-night hours.

- Premium Loose Leaf Teas: 60+ varieties from around the world — black, green, white, oolong, herbal, and rooibos; served hot or iced
- Boba & Bubble Tea: classic tapioca pearls, popping pearls, and fruit jellies; 10+ flavors including taro, Thai tea, matcha, and honeydew; available as milk teas, slushies, and cremes
- Matcha & Specialty Drinks: matcha lattes, spiced chai lattes, London fog, Thai tea
- Organic Coffee & Espresso: USDA organic, fair trade, locally roasted — french press, cold brew (brewed 16+ hours), espresso, signature lattes and mochas
- Frozen Drinks & Smoothies: handcrafted smoothies, sodas, lemonades, and frozen specialty drinks (many can be made vegan)
- Breakfast & Lunch: sandwiches, wraps, organic egg breakfast sandwiches, fresh salads, plant-based protein options (TVP, beefless strips)
- Baked Fresh Daily: vegan cookies in six flavors (including matcha chocolate chip and double chocolate), and trending treats like the Dubai chocolate croissant
